She was part of the democratic uprising movement in 2020-2021 in Thailand. As a result of delivering her speech on the repeal of L\u00e8se-majest\u00e9 law in one of the protests, she has been charged with L\u00e8se-majest\u00e9 law itself. L\u00e8se-majest\u00e9 law in Thailand has been known as one of the most draconian laws restricting freedom of expression since the law carries a minimum three-year and maximum fifteen-year imprisonment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
